Eggfree Cake Box is dedicated to producing the highest quality egg free, vegetarian fresh cream and icing cakes for all occasions.

We are a fast paced cake franchise based in Telford. We are looking to recruit a cake decorator who can also provide a good customer service.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong Customer Service to include excellent verbal communication and listening skills
  • Previous experience of taking orders both facetoface and over the phone
  • The ability to assist and advise customers to satisfy their needs
  • Handling cash and card transactions
  • Multi Tasking ability to use own initiative and be proactive
  • Food Hygiene and Sanitation
  • Previous cake decorating skills are desirable but not essential as training will be provided

Roles and responsibilities include:

  • To work as part of a team to ensure that all orders and daily checks are met
  • Produce a full range of high quality Cakes according to customer requirements and meet the specifications and standards set by the brand
  • Customer focused to ensure seamless customer journey/experience
  • Follow the Production plan to ensure the right quantity of Products are produced within set timeframes
  • Working with all Members of the team including management and also work well as an individual
  • Ability to follow processes, manage time and prioritise tasks
  • Maintaining a clean working environment at all times to meet health and safety standards

We have an excellent history of training new staff and developing skills both related to cake making/decorating and to that of working in a busy business.
