Job Purpose: This role is crucial for managing and developing in-house residential provision, including emergency accommodation for Rotherham's looked after children. They aim to create new children's homes based on best practices, resembling family life, and transitioning children successfully into adulthood over the next 2 years.

Residential Operations Manager in Rotherham will:
- Provide leadership and management for the residential service, including emergency accommodation and therapeutic step-down programs.
