Job Title: Director of Service Management

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Water Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Works Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to Legionella Control regulations for cooling towers and domestic water systems.

The Role:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive schedules for planned maintenance, inspections, and training to align with statutory, quality, and engineering requirements.
  2. Collaborate with contractors and plant operators to ensure that all engineering operations meet health, safety, and environmental legislative standards.
  3. Contribute to the long-term strategic planning for plant upgrades and enhancements as an integral member of the Works Services team.
The Person:
  1. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, particularly in water treatment and Legionella control.
  2. Relevant qualifications in engineering maintenance disciplines.
