Health Care Assistant to join our team here at Walfinch Reigate and Horsham branch.

Key Health Care Assistant responsibilities:

  • Each client is different, but your duties may include; preparing and cooking meals, light housekeeping, personal care, companionship, shopping and administration of medication.
  • Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and adhere to care plans and risk assessments.
  • Be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team.
  • Being a really fun person who is reliable and a team player.
