Purpose of the job:
You will support the Group Marketing Manager, Marketing Team Leader, and the Digital Marketing Manager to help them deliver multiple marketing campaigns across a number of our brands. You will also liaise, and work closely with our advisers, compliance and other teams within the business.
Job Summary:
- You will be supporting the Marketing Team Leader in developing marketing campaigns that are engaging and innovative across a range of channels.
- You will be responsible for the development of marketing materials and ensuring that these adhere to brand guidelines. You will be responsible for the design and creation of the majority of our marketing materials supporting the whole team and wider business with all design elements.
- You will work on creating relevant content that can be used on a number of different channels, such as our website and social media, and for e-marketing.
- A key part of this role will be to have exceptional attention to detail and strong copywriting skills.
- It's also essential that you build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the business, Partners and with compliance. Collaborate, communicate and co-ordinate to deliver high quality marketing campaigns.
- You will need to work with our PR agency to come up with engaging content for PR campaigns.
Key skills and personal attributes:
- Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of work.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills. Able to write compelling content in plain English and avoid unnecessary use of jargon.
- Knowledge of branding.
- Enjoys working in a team environment but equally must be a self-starter and happy to work using own initiative and independently.
- Confident in their own abilities and keen to improve our service.
- Keen to share their knowledge with others to improve the business.
- Good at managing their own work load and working to tight timescales.
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat.
- Good knowledge of design packages (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).
