Duties
- Assist researching suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, and availability
- Preparing purchase orders
- Facilitating logistics coordination and delivery agreements
- Assist procurement by liaise with the manufacturers and technical departments
- Reconcile stock take information
- Ensure that inventory levels are kept at minimum levels and within targeted levels
- Ensure all material is recorded correctly
- Assist in the preparation of the weekly job cost reports
- Provide weekly purchasing reports
- Systems used: Eque2 and Evision
Requirements:
- Experience of working in construction or a contracting environment would be beneficial
- Finance related experience
- Knowledge on Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
