What will you be doing day to day...n·Answering calls from potential customers in relation to general training enquiries.n·Maintaining training calendars in a timely and comprehensive manner so that everyone has access to current information.n·Coordinating the delivery of training in the UK and Globally for our clients, using our team of high-quality trainers and facilitators from a variety of geographic locations.n·Arranging travel, logistics, training materials and equipment for our trainers and facilitators ensuring they have everything they need.n·Creating and maintaining accurate training records.n·Interpreting training feedback to ensure customer satisfaction, fit for purpose solutions and continuous improvement.n·Working closely with those involved in training design to ensure the standard of materials produced are of the highest quality including brand consistency, accuracy, and ease of use.n·Offering timely support and responses to questions from clients, delegates, trainers, and our partners.n·Occasionally attending customer meetings face to face or virtual.n·Supporting the Managing Director, day to day.n·Assisting with marketing of the business.
