Admissions Administrator

Based at Castle Hill Hospital

Immediate start - temp to perm contract

Working Monday to Friday, 12:30-17:00 (will be required to cover 07:00-13:00 occasionally)

Salary:
£9.50 per hour (rising in April due to NMW increase)


Prestige Recruitment Specialists are recruiting on behalf of the NHS for an Admissions Administrator to assist the the Surgical Admissions Lounge at Castle Hill hospital.

This role will be to assist in all aspects of Administrative duties for the department and interacting with patients. Previous admin and/or customer service experience is essential.

Please note:
all NHS positions require 2x covid vaccinations and a DBS certificate (we can process a DBS if you do not already have one)

  • Experience in an administration type role including Microsoft office
  • Good telephone etiquette
  • Excellent customer service
  • A Proven track record of reliability
  • Familiarity with office equipment (computers, scanners and printers etc.)
  • Educated to at least GCSE level
