Job Description:


We're seeking a talented senior graphic designer to join our Europe Creative team, starting as soon as possible in our Manchester location.

In conjunction with our global setup, you'll be taking the creative lead and working directly with one of our international clients to collaborate on projects from start to finish and become an extension of their team.

You will ensure all creative content is consistent, follows the brand guidelines, and is executed and implemented to the highest standard.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process for creative projects, ensuring they are visually appealing, functional, and align with brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with the client to align on visuals to meet project requirements, target audience, and desired brand image
  • Build and maintain a close relationship with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Execution of creative content production tasks, both print and digital, together with the global team and present them to stakeholders for approval

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
  • Proven work experience as a senior or midweight Graphic Designer
  • Comfortable presenting ideas and concepts directly with clients
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design work
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and most importantly, InDesign
  • Knowledge of print production processes and materials
  • Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and collaborate with crossfunctional teams across borders
  • Collaborative and able to meet challenges with a positive mind and an optimistic perspective
  • Strong organisational and time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines when necessary

Bonus Skills:

  • Presentation design experience in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Understanding of brand strategy and consumer behaviour
