  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, ensuring exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for visual composition.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and creativity in the team.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's visual identity and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior designers, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level education in graphic design or a similar discipline.
  • 4-5 years of experience in graphic design or branding, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc).
  • Management experience would be advantageous.
