**Your Main Purpose**

An exciting role joining the graphics team in an evolving and growing fashion brand, working closely with the mid-weight designer & graphics manager. The role will include creating and developing all assets across multiple platforms and media in both digital & print formats.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Keep track of all assets that need regular updates, create and follow up with the relevant teams
- Follow briefs and work collaboratively with the social team to create daily social media graphics ensuring they’re on brand and engaging graphics
- Help assist weekly website banner brief creation across all 5 sites, including seasonal updates across all digital assets, following the digital asset list
- Produce concepts and graphic packs for regular new collections
- Design and put together different web page designs plus develop any existing pages with mock ups for the Ecom & IT team to develop
- Create a full suite of print & digital assets for PR events, including packaging & signage/large print
- Create lookbooks and line sheets per every new collection
- Put together any branded internal presentations for different teams within the company
- Executing all marketing ads including video
- Mentoring and developing the Mid-Weight designer
- Constantly develop and drive the branding of Club L
- Own multiple projects and complete from start to finish without assistance
- Give regular updates to the graphics manager around the teams achievements
- **Requirements/The Person**:

- 2 years minimum in a similar role
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to manage multiple jobs at once with good organisational & time management skills
- You are passionate about what you do and have an eye for graphics & design
- Able to present ideas to other members of the business
- You have a genuine passion and creative flair for graphics, composition and design
- Able to respond to last minute changes and requests gracefully, as working with many different personalities will require patience and diplomacy.
- Strong communications skills both verbal and written
- You are an ‘ideas person’ with a ‘can do attitude
- You want to grow and develop within the graphics team Must be able to work as a team and help assist other team members when needed
