Key Responsibilities:

 Management of the Graphic Designer.

 Create high-quality designs for various digital and print materials including social media graphics,

website banners, email templates, and paid ads.

 Ensure all designs adhere to the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.

 Ability to write copy to a good standard and understand writing for online channels.

 Work with the wider team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.

 Exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for visual composition.

 Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

 Creative awareness and an ability to combine an innovative approach with commercial ideas.

 Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.

 Using your experience, knowledge and passion to actively contribute to team ideation sessions.

 Experience in basic video editing would be advantageous.


Qualifications:

 Degree-level education in graphic design or a similar discipline.

 4-5 years of experience in graphic design or branding, preferably in the beauty or fashion

industry.

 Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc).

 Management experience would be advantageous.
