  • To clean all china, glassware and silver ware to the highest standards.
  • To ensure all back of house areas are maintained to the highest cleaning standard.
  • To ensure all cleaning schedule are followed, filled, signed and handed over to the supervisor at the end of each shift.
  • To ensure that all operating equipment is stored in the correct manner so to avoid accidents and unnecessary breakages.
  • To ensure all back of house corridors are cleaned, fry and free from obstructions.
  • To ensure all rubbish are disposed and that recycling scheme are followed accordingly.
  • To prioritize tasks and duties out effectively.
  • To insure all crockery and glassware breakages are reported to the management and log in accordingly.
  • To report all maintenance issues to the manager / supervisor on duty.
  • Good COSHH, Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and Manual Handling knowledge required.
