Introduction to the Lindum Division


Our HR & Training Team deals with people matters for all 12 Lindum Group divisions, currently employing over 600 employees based on our construction sites, in our workshops as well as in our offices in Lincoln, Peterborough and York.

An opportunity has arisen for a competent and enthusiastic individual to join our busy team based in Lincoln.

Introduction to the role:

Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide administrative support to the Training team
  • Coordinate the administration of training and development programs, including monitoring training and resource requests, scheduling and booking training courses, maintaining training records, and communicating training opportunities to employees.
  • Assist with the preparation of Training reports, metrics, and analysis.
  • Manage Training inbox and respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure Training files and records are accurate, up to date and compliant with data protection legislation.
  • Support the Training team in the coordination of projects and initiatives.
  • Provide adhoc Training administrative support as required.

  • As this role supports our employees on site a Full UK Driving Licence is desirable

What We Can Offer:
The role is full-time, 37 1⁄2 hours per week (8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday) with flexibility as required. The role is based at our offices on Lindum Business Park on Station Road, North Hykeham.
