Is this role right for me?

  • Previous experience within a builder's merchants, or similar industry would be beneficial, but not essential
  • A strong Sales focus with experience in a similar role
  • Passion for delivering great customer service
  • A confident communicator, both over the phone and in branch

Hours of Work:
Full time - Monday-Friday 7am-5pm and every 2nd Saturday 7.30am-12pm.

What will I be doing in the role?


Our Sales Advisors are an important contributor to the performance of the business and to ensure our customers have a positive experience with us.

To support our customers effectively you will;

  • Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions
  • Support achievement of sales and profit targets through upselling and crossselling relevant products offering specific product advice
  • Actively develop new customer accounts and lapsed accounts
  • Build relationships with customers, either in branch or over the phone
  • Understand your customer needs and provide proactive advice and solutions
  • Use our inhouse systems to process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey
