Job Summary

As an EE Franchise Retail Advisor, you will be responsible for contributing to the success of your store by delivering exceptional customer service and sales through sensational service. You will be the face of EE in your local community, providing customers with a personalized and engaging experience that showcases our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets by building strong relationships with customers and providing them with tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with all EE products, services, and promotions, as well as those of our competitors, to ensure you are always equipped to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Engage customers in genuine and enjoyable conversations to understand their needs and preferences, and to show them how our products and services can make their mobile life better.
  • Take pride in the appearance of the store, ensuring it is clean and tidy at all times, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • A strong background in engaging and delighting customers in a sales or service environment.
  • The ability to show how you have worked to and achieved targets or deadlines.
  • An interest in communications technology and a willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest developments.
  • The ability to work independently, but also as part of a team, to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Experience in retail and a knowledge of the telecoms sector.
