We currently have an enticing opening for a Quantity Surveyor role within the Commercial Team. This position is located on-site in Water Orton, overseeing the project's intricate network of structures in the West Midlands. The scope includes the Delta Junction, comprising nine precast segmental viaducts, embankments, and bridging structures, with approximately 10km of track crossing motorways, roads, and rivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting SQS and MQS to execute tasks with accountability and autonomy within defined parameters.
  • Protecting BBV's commercial interests through comprehensive expertise in contractual, commercial, insurance, and legal processes.
  • Managing client relationships effectively to ensure smooth commercial progress of the contract(s).
  • Demonstrating a good level of commercial and technical knowledge to develop customized solutions in alignment with business and customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
  • Membership of RICS, ICES, or CIOB.
  • Prior experience in civils/infrastructure projects as a Quantity Surveyor.
  • Valid right to work in the UK.
