Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at 2 Seck Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of high-end residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage contracts, ensuring accurate cost analysis and payment arrangements.
  • Work closely with project teams to allocate resources, conduct site visits, and foster strong client relationships.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients.
  • Manage and optimize financial returns through effective cost management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in JCT contracts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in high-end residential projects with a recognized main contractor or developer.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to maximize financial returns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to commute to our office daily.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary up to £75,000 p.a. plus a comprehensive benefits package.
