Our client, a leading prime residential main contractor, is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team. With a focus on luxury refurbishments, restorations of listed buildings, and bespoke basement constructions, this role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-end residential projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience in quantity surveying and a strong understanding of construction methods and materials. They will be responsible for assisting on live and upcoming prime residential projects, from inception to completion. Initial projects include an £8m refurbishment of an existing luxury residence on the Wentworth Estate.

As a 'people-first business', our client offers a collaborative and supportive work environment, with opportunities for career progression and professional development. This is a permanent position, and the successful candidate will be based between site and the London office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist on live and upcoming prime residential projects
  • Conduct quantity surveys and provide accurate cost estimates
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Intermediate Quantity Surveyor qualification or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
