Responsibilities:

Responsible for the strategy, planning, set up, activation, optimisation and reporting of all allocated projects, ensuring they are set up for success from the outset

Prepare social media proposals, strategies, timelines and budgets, seeking guidance from the Managing Director where required

Develop content strategies aligned with short-term and long-term client targets, suitably tailored for different social media platforms and audiences

Identify opportunities for our clients to reactively and proactively contribute to and influence online discussions, related to their areas of focus

Campaign Management

Monitor and analyze social

media analytics to identify trends, report on performance and solutions for improvement

Optimize content to ensure brand consistency, customer engagement and positive customer experiences


Grow your projects beyond their initial scope, always working in line with the strategic direction as set by the Client.

You will proactively make recommendations in this regard.

Reporting & Budget management

Forecasting financial budgets for the upcoming quarter for your projects

Prepare monthly and quarterly client reports, clearly highlighting campaign performance against KPIs, financials and ROI

Agency operations

Consistently look for and contribute towards improved processes and ways of working for the team and the agency


Be a strong support for the Managing Director, with the ability to step up and cover some of their responsibilities in their absence, where needed.

Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity and demonstrate a willingness to continuously innovate
