Trainee Recruitment Consultant

GEL Resourcing is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Recruitment team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in recruitment and contribute to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- CV Formatting and Management: Format and manage candidate CVs to ensure they meet our client's requirements.
- Document Production: Produce contracts and documents from templates, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Vacancy Management: Manage and organize vacancy adverts on job boards and social media platforms.
- ATS System Management: Update and manage GEL Resourcing's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure seamless candidate management.
- Candidate Resourcing and Qualification: Resourcing and qualifying candidates for key roles, ensuring they meet our client's requirements.
- Payroll and Compliance Support: Assist with payroll queries and compliance checks to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.
- Interview Arrangements: Assist with interview arrangements, ensuring smooth and efficient candidate management.
- Reference Checks: Assist with reference checks and enquiries to verify candidate information.
- Candidate and Client Communication: Communicate with candidates and clients via email and phone, providing excellent customer service.
- Social Media Management: Update GEL Resourcing's social media platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- High Level of Numeracy and Literacy: Possess a high level of numeracy and literacy skills to manage candidate data and documents.
- Proficient Keyboard Skills: Have proficient keyboard skills to manage candidate data and documents efficiently.
- Microsoft Office and Database Experience: Possess experience with Microsoft Office and database management to manage candidate data and documents.
- Administration and Customer Service Skills: Have previous administration and customer service experience to provide excellent customer service.
- Recruitment Experience (Nice to Have): Previous recruitment experience is desirable but not essential.
- Confidentiality and Communication Skills: Possess an understanding of confidentiality and excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate with candidates and clients.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Have excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Be able to work in a team and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
