Key Responsibilities:

  • Formatting and refining CVs
  • Generating contracts and documents using established templates
  • Managing and organizing job postings across various platforms
  • Updating and maintaining GEL Resourcing's Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Identifying and qualifying candidates for essential positions
  • Providing assistance with payroll inquiries
  • Coordinating interview schedules
  • Supporting compliance verification processes
  • Conducting reference checks and inquiries
  • Engaging with candidates and clients through email and phone communications
  • Updating GEL Resourcing's social media channels

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills
