Senior Technical Coordinator - Residential Developer - Hampshire

Salary:
£65,000 + bonus + car allowance
We are currently working on behalf of leading residential developer based in Hampshire. They are currently looking to add a new member to their Technical Team due to an increase in work.


This role will be predominantly involve leading the technical development and managing the design package for a couple of the region's housing developments.

You will predominantly be required to manage a team of external design consultants, offering on-going guidance with any variations that need to be made to the design package, while liaising with the build team during the delivery phase to ensure the build meets/matches the design brief.
