  • Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail
  • Upsell products or services to increase revenue
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times

Experience:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Good awareness of Xero accounting software and invoicing practices
  • Previous experience in ready mixed concrete products is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
