Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products and services
- Process orders, payments, efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
Experience:
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Good awareness of Xero accounting software and invoicing practices
- Previous experience in ready mixed concrete products is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
