  • Collect and dispose of waste materials in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Operate waste management equipment such as compactors and balers
  • Sort and separate recyclable materials
  • Ensure proper disposal of hazardous waste
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of waste storage areas
  • Perform routine maintenance on waste management equipment
  • Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements:

  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor on a regular basis
  • Mechanical knowledge to operate waste management equipment effectively
  • Attention to detail to ensure proper sorting and disposal of waste materials
  • Physical stamina to withstand long hours of standing, bending, and lifting
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
  • Strong work ethic and reliability

Note:
This position may require working in outdoor environments and exposure to unpleasant odors. Personal protective equipment will be provided.
