Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 10-15 staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful production outcomes.
  • Develop and implement production planning and control systems to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, reducing waste and increasing quality.
  • Manage and maintain ISO9001 compliance, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Appraise staff and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • At least an HND or degree in a related engineering or manufacturing subject.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing operations, with a focus on process improvement and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning software and CNC machine tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
