Job Introduction
An opportunity has arisen for a Site Operative to join the Landmarc team at St Martins Plain Camp & Hythe Ranges in Kent.

As the Site Operative you will be responsible for looking after the buildings on the camp by carrying out housekeeping and maintenance duties. You will be part of a small but dedicated team that takes enormous pride in what they do.

This position is based on a permanent contract, working 37 hours per week from Monday - Friday.

Main Responsibilities
To ensure that the Training Estate Facilities are fit for purpose

General building maintenance

Housekeeping

Grounds maintenance

Operation and maintenance of plant equipment (training will be provided)

Stock management & waste services

Complete all relevant documentation utilising both IT and paper based systems

Carry out any other additional requirements as needed

Knowledge of Health & Safety

Excellent communication skills

Basic housekeeping and caretaking skills

Ability to complete documentation

Basic IT skills

Hold a valid UK drivers licence

Able to work at St Martins Plain and Hythe Ranges

Package Description
