Are you a talented
Membership Manager, or are you striving to be one? Can you demonstrate that you can manage the Development Team and provide excellent relationship management to new members? If so then you could be perfect for my client,a thinktank based in London.
The Role:
As the
Membership Manager you will manage a team of 3 officers. You will be doing the following tasks;
- Ensure the consistency of excellent customer care and maintain relationships with members.
- Increase the thinktanks memberships by 3000 per year and manage all recruitment activity.
- Monitor feedback, comments and suggestions from members to ensure continuous improvement.
- Lead on partnerships, working with the team to provide centric account management.
- Responsible for the delivery of the onboarding journey for members, including the welcome packs, webinars and welcome calls.
- Accountable for the daytoday leadership and guidance of your team.
- Work with content tent and timing to ensure membership mailings and campaigns are optimised.
- Identify and develop new opportunities for designing new processes for projects.
- Lead and manage the membership processes from start to finish.
Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:
- Strong project management skills.
- Demonstrable understanding and experience of CRM systems.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience of managing and motivating staff to perform at a high level.
- Proven experience to spot new opportunities and develop initial ideas into fully worked out plans.
