Job Title: Membership Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Membership Executive to join our team at Membership Bespoke. As a key member of our Membership team, you will be responsible for delivering the Member Relations account management strategy, retaining a portfolio of existing members, and broadening and deepening member engagement.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have excellent relationship management, account management, and customer success experience, with a strong interest in financial services and the brand and product. You will be capable of interacting with members and articulating the membership value proposition, with a proven ability to liaise with internal stakeholders across functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver the Member Relations account management strategy in line with engagement and retention targets across the breadth of the organisation.
  2. Retain a portfolio of existing members by working with internal stakeholders to articulate the value of membership externally.
  3. Broaden and deepen member engagement and communicate the value proposition effectively to the member base.
  4. Work to ensure the membership body value proposition remains accessible and relevant.
  5. Track member activity, including involvement in policy, training, and event engagement, to keep a 'helicopter view' of each member's interaction.
  6. Create and maintain engagement plans to meet team objectives.
  7. Undertake varied analysis on the member base to identify opportunity/risk with regards to membership growth and engagement.
  8. Identify and act upon additional opportunities for upselling/attracting new members where appropriate.
  9. Support management of the member inbox in a timely manner, fielding queries to the wider team where appropriate.
  10. Track and record all member engagement via CRM, championing the use of system to other stakeholders, encouraging the recording of all member value.
  11. Represent and champion the membership voice in internal discussions.
  12. Support the wider team to build out value propositions for different member segments.

Requirements:

  • A degree or other equivalent, relevant qualification or experience.
  • Capable of interacting with members and articulating the membership value proposition.
  • Relationship Management, Account Management, Customer Success excellent experience.
  • An interest in financial services and the brand and product.
  • An analytical mindset, interested in a broader understanding of the member base.
  • Ability to liaise with a breadth of internal stakeholders across functions.
  • Microsoft Office competency (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
