Would you like to make a difference and work for a charity?


We are looking for a Clinical & Therapy Assistant to work as part of a well established, multi-disciplinary therapy team.

The role will involve supporting young people on an individual basis and in groups.

They will support within the different settings across the charity, such as within the education, therapy and residential care settings.

The role would ideally suit a psychology degree graduate or health and social care sciences graduate.

Hours of work:
Full-Time.

Based on a two week set rota to include one weekend day every other week and one sleep-in per week.


  • Pay: £11.50 per hour with opportunity to do overtime plus additional £89 per sleepin per week.
  • Holidays: 28 days inclusive of bank holidays per annum.
  • Free onsite parking and free lunch/meals provided
  • Health Cash Plan for Employees


As a medium sized charity with over 300 employees across 4 sites, including Cotswold Chine School and William Morris School, there are opportunities for career progression within the Trust.
