Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Health and Wellbeing Nurse to join our team at Via Westminster Drug Project. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals struggling with addiction.

The Role

As a Health and Wellbeing Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based interventions and therapies to support individuals in achieving their recovery goals. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support, including assessment, treatment, and aftercare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to support individuals in achieving their recovery goals
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Provide education and support to individuals and their families on addiction and recovery
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our clinical services
