The Role
The Rotations Planner is responsible for the overall planning of rotations for their designated area, ensuring all vessels are properly manned as per laid down resourcing levels, with appropriately qualified, experienced and motivated staff. The role of the coordinator is to ensure all rotational queries are resolved in a professional, knowledgeable and timely manner.
- Providing a professional rotations service to operational areas through building sustainable, strong business relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensures that the planning of rotations is in line with the Crew Repatriation Schedule.
- Produce and publish rotation plans for designated areas.
- Engage with external suppliers to facilitate negotiation of preferential rates where appropriate.
Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK12 and is offered on a full time, 12 month FTC basis, with hybrid working in our Southampton office, a minimum of 3 days per week.
