Business manager - £32,000 plus £8,000 bonus - Letchworth area


We are looking for a business/ sales manager with a passion for people and an eye for detail, a multi-tasker who can work with customers at all levels.

It will suit someone with a hands-on, can-do approach. Closing a deal is important (no cold calling) but community is key. A driving licence is required. Property experience will be an advantage.

For you - Leading serviced office provider

  • Commercial property management
- £32,000 basic salary

  • Plus £8,000 bonus (very achievable)
- £40,000 realistic earnings per year + full benefits package

  • Start date can be immediate if required or in one month if notice needed
  • Letchworth location
  • Existing client book and new pipeline in place
  • Laptop + mobile and all expenses paid

  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (flexible hours) no micromanagement
