We are recruiting for a global organisation at their office based in Warrington, you will be joining their specialist customer service team providing customers with a great service.

The role offers full training.

Salary + Bonus

Working Hours_**:

  • Rotational Shift Pattern 2 weeks_

  • Monday to Friday 9am until 5.30pm_

  • Monday to Friday 8.30am until 5.00pm_

Role:

  • Answering inbound calls from customers
  • Resolving any issues customers have regarding bills, accounts or payments
  • Provide great customer service
  • Working towards targets and KPI's
  • Upselling to customers where appropriate
  • Advising customers on the best products and services for them
  • Having great knowledge of the products/ tariffs available
  • Full Training Provided
