£26,000 Basic salary Plus Bonus & Excellent Bens
Office opening hours
Working Hours : 9:00am to 5:00 or 11:00am -to 7:00 (Weekly Rotating) plus 2 weekend days per month.
Saturday 9.30am to 16.30pm and Sunday's 09.30am to 14.00pm.
The role involves assisting the Contact Centre Manager in regards to the day-to-day duties of running a successful contact centre.
Ensuring all relevant coaching and support is given, ensuring the departmental procedures are adhered to in with regards tobooking and reviewing appointments via telephone enquiries with customers.
Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Motivate staff to achieve team targets/ organise monthly incentives
- Assist with the effective provision of outstanding customer service
- Manage processes relating to HR
- Maintaining regular training and development plans for your team
- Review all telephone data and take the relevant actions required with telemarketers
- Conduct weekly and monthly call compliance following a crib sheet
- Assist with/deliver workshops/team meetings
- Review training material and amend when required process policies.
- Where necessary answer incoming calls for any other product lines and convert this call to an appointment,which meets the Company criteria.
- Pass all appointment lead sheets and quotation request sheets to the relevant Sales Coordinator, unless the appointment is able to be "selfconfirmed".
Requirements for the role
- Evidence of effective interpersonal, coaching and leadership/supervisory skills.
- 1 year Previous Team Leading / Managerial experience is essential
- Previous experience working in a call centre environment is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good numeric and verbal reasoning skills.
- Effective problemsolving skills.
- Performance management skills and experience.
- Client/customer management skills
