About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker/Team Leader to join our team at a fabulous Care home in Droitwich. As a positive role model with excellent leadership skills, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Ensure that all care and support is delivered in a respectful and dignified manner
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care is essential, and you must be willing to complete Level 3
  • At least 6 months experience of being a Senior/Team Leader in a Residential Care Home Setting is essential
