As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
  • Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
  • Up sell and crosssell products to maximize sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve excellent customer service

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to sell products effectively and persuade customers
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory and display areas

Salary:
From £23,864.00 per hour
