Role Description
This full-time hybrid position is for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, offering flexibility with WFH days and on-site presence.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will oversee cost control, BOQ, cost management, planning, and reporting, bridging the Project and Head office.
This role requires independence and strong valuation skills, complemented by necessary support.
Qualifications
- Cost Control, Management, and Reporting expertise
- BOQ and Cost Planning proficiency
- Experience in Main Contractor and/or Housing Developer settings
- Proficiency in NEC / JCT contract administration
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Superb tea and coffee making skills (just verifying your attentive reading)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal proficiencies
- Quantity Surveying or related Bachelor's degree (optional)
- Relevant professional certifications like RICS (optional)
