The Customer Service Advisor role is a key position within our company, where you will be interacting with various organizations ranging from well-known to smaller entities in sectors such as charity, third sector, and government.

  • Comprehend, assist, and guide customers seeking diverse information and advice.
  • Deliver support through telephone and multi-channel services with professionalism and adherence to all relevant processes and regulations.
  • Meet customer expectations and strive to exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Offer multi-channel information services and provide accurate and consistent support to customers.
  • Display empathy, actively listen to callers, and demonstrate a genuine willingness to assist.
  • Maintain accurate data input and record-keeping in the Customer Records Management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Drive continuous service enhancement, including proactive response to change.
  • Conduct thorough research on various topics within set deadlines.
  • Adhere to company policies, HR best practices, and relevant regulations such as PCI, GDPR, and ISO standards.
  • Demonstrated experience in service delivery support, teamwork, and providing information via various channels.
  • Proficiency in IT, including MS Office Suite, windows-based databases, workload management, and effective communication skills.
  • Show strong decision-making abilities, empathy at all levels, complaint resolution skills, and emotional resilience.
