We're McCann Worldgroup's best-kept secret. With more than 50 of us located within McCann UK's Bishopsgate HQ. We're rapidly growing and we're just getting started.

We also create work for MasterCard across Europe, global integrated creative for the Egypt Tourist Board, and all kinds of creative for Predator gaming, Allergan, ACER, the Electoral Commission, Refuge, Hargreaves Lansdown and PlayOJO, among others.

You can see a showreel on our website, although it's a few months and already about ten campaigns old Right now, we are looking for an established Social Creative to join our award-winning team.

Focusing on a number of huge campaigns, this role will see you lead our social creative across global clients.

Requirements:

To create cut-through ideas for leading clients

  • Lead copywriting and art direction across social campaigns
  • Always strive for creative excellence
  • Take ownership of your creative: from conception to production
  • Present your work to leading global clients
  • Push the boundaries for innovation on social platforms
  • Contribute to pitches
  • Collaborate with creative teams, designers and production as well as other internal teams

  • Know how to concept the 'big idea'
  • Socialfirst campaigns in your book
  • Thorough understanding of the social landscape
  • Understand the production process
  • Driven to create innovative work
  • Aiming to win awards
  • Culturally aware
  • Openminded: happy to get stuck into all kinds of briefs
  • Able to juggle multiple projects
  • Superconfident and selfdriven
  • Interests in other disciplines a bonus (editing, motion design etc)
  • Understand influencer marketing
