The Successful Applicant:

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • Proven working experience as an HR Advisor
  • Indepth knowledge of labour law, ER issues and HR best practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a solutionfocused approach
  • Proficiency in HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
  • The ability to work independently
  • An understanding of GDPR
