HR Advisor Job Description

Are you a skilled HR professional looking for a challenging role that will utilize your expertise in employee relations? We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Summit HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and advice to managers and colleagues on HR policies and practices.
  • Advise on conduct, performance, absence, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Respond to queries on terms and conditions, including pay, holiday, and flexible working requests.
  • Manage a high volume of cases and provide accurate, risk-based advice.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in a large business with a high volume of employee cases.
  • Passion for employee relations and a strong understanding of HR policies and practices.
