Are you an experienced Compliance professional looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a small but well-established Financial Services provider based in Birmingham, is seeking a Compliance Manager to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervision of 2 staff
  • Management of the compliance dashboard
  • Leading regulatory approvals
  • Completing periodic regulatory returns accurately and on time
  • Owning compliance monitoring projects
  • Assisting in the review of regulatory publications
  • Collaborating with Stakeholders for Risk and Compliance Committee meetings
  • Keeping up-to-date with regulatory updates through training
  • Handling investigations and final responses to FOS complaints
  • Reviewing and updating compliance process documentation
  • Providing regular 1-2-1 meetings with direct reports
  • Operating within defined risk appetite levels
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety rules
  • Putting customers first in all activities

You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Compliance, with Insurance experience being advantageous. In return, our client offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
