Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Lawyer to join our team at AJ Fox Compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management and compliance, with experience in reviewing and advising on contracts and agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist senior staff in strategic and operational planning, including root cause analysis and transformational change projects.
  • Review and update firm-wide policies and procedures to ensure they are aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on client contracts and agreements, including terms of engagement and bid proposals.
  • Lead on matters related to professional regulations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Support colleagues with claims handling and address complaints in accordance with internal procedures.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
