Job description


The Consumer Helpline are expanding and are looking to recruit two experienced B2B Sales Agents to join our team based in our busy contact centre in the heart of Swansea.

There is no cold calling with this role all calls will be either exisiting customers or filtered through to you from lead generation where we know the customer wants a quote.

Your working hours
Working 37.

5 hours per week on a rolling shift pattern across the opening hours of our business which are:

Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.15pm

Friday - 9.00am - 4.00pm

The Role

  • Handling both incoming and outgoing calls from new and existing business owners looking to change or renew their energy contracts.
  • Excellent listening skills to ensure all information is recorded accurately
  • Ability to bring a strong rapport with customers
  • Confident with using computer systems
  • Can do attitude to making calls on volume
