What you will do:

Your main duties as Receptionist will involve:

  • Meeting and greeting all visitors to the service in a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintaining a pleasant and welcoming reception area
  • Ensuring show rooms are in order and bedrooms ready for admission
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with all enquiries appropriately and efficiently
  • Maintaining detailed records to facilitate an effective followup process
  • Processing incoming and outgoing post

What we are looking for:

  • You will be an approachable, articulate and confident
  • Smart appearance
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both on the telephone and in person.
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Excellent IT skills confident working with Microsoft Office
  • Experience of working in a care environment would be helpful but is not essential.
