We are currently looking for a Care Home Administrator to coordinate and provide effective administrative support to the Bryden Nursing Home.

Bryden Nursing Home, is a family owned home in Kidderminster, that hosts 30 bedrooms.

We are a friendly and welcoming nursing home and pride ourselves on being a better place to live, work and visit.


  • The role of administrator involves supporting the home to focus on delivering the quality care and support to the residents and staff.
  • You will provide support to the manager with administration and financial activities.
  • Help the home operate efficiently, effectively and in line with all regulations. Will be the first point of contact over the telephone and to visitors.
  • Deal with finance, including managing databases, invoicing clients, preparing and maintaining files, and looking after the payroll.
  • You will play an active role in promoting the home by providing initial information to enquiries, including updating social media page and website.

Job Requirements

  • Experience of handling cash and credit control in a customer service or accounts environment would be advantageous.
  • You should have the ability to take notes at meetings to produce accurate minutes.
  • You should also have strong problem solving and time management skills.
  • As a people person who is trustworthy and always positive, you should be a confident team player who can work under pressure and play a part in making sure quality care matters.
The role is working Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm, 20 hours per week, however can be flexible.
