Your role within the team:

  • Manage customer queries and complaints, handling orders and escalating issues across various channels.
  • Stay composed during challenging customer interactions and demonstrate prior experience in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with customers.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of products to address customer questions.
  • Process orders, applications, and requests accurately.
  • Keep records of interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and provide input on refining customer service processes.
  • Manage a team of junior customer service representatives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver top-notch support.

Desired Skills and Experience:

To excel in this role, candidates should:

  • Understand safety management systems for the Supply Chain.
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Handle stressful customer situations with composure.
  • Possess 2-3 years of customer support experience.
  • Display excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Thrive in building relationships and engaging key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Work efficiently even under high volumes.
  • Show proficiency in IT systems and quick adaptability to new technologies.
  • Have prior experience in the Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry (preferable).

Languages:

Proficiency in French is required. Knowledge of Italian or German is a bonus.
