Job description

Personal Support Worker

Would you like to be part of a dynamic team of carers who support a 16-year-old boy with cerebral palsy in living his best life?

I say dynamic, as our team are just that. We are caring, attentive, positive, energetic, and are often on the lookout for new experiences (E.g. Went to a theatre production from Lost Voice Guy, visit We the Curious, take long walks along the Promenade, etc.). Would you like to do this and get paid for it too?

Our client lives with his family and attends school during term time. This position is based in Weston Super Mare.


Whether you have extensive experience or are just starting out on your care career journey, you can be assured of access to the most up-to-date training, with approved apprenticeship opportunities, NVQ support, regular supervision, and peer mentoring.

We are looking to recruit a part time support worker. The hours per week will be 12 hours split over two separate weekend shifts covering Saturday and Sunday. With flexibility to cover sickness and staff holiday

An Enhanced DBS check and right to work is required for this role.

Pay:
£ £15.00 per hour - Monday to Friday

£ £16.00 per hour Saturday and Sunday

£10.00 per hour for sleeping shift

COVID-19 considerations: Appropriate PPE is supplied
