We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at The Copse, a rehabilitation service for men requiring a medium-term placement. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with Mental Health conditions, helping them to achieve their recovery goals and live a valued and fulfilled life.

Key Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ward rounds and analyzing behaviors to adapt care accordingly with colleagues

• Updating patient records and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene

• Working alongside a multidisciplinary team to support service users in their recovery journey
